Working life is changing — what to do?

The transformation of working life is a hot button issue, but what does it really mean for you and what can you do about it? We invite you to the free 4T Summit online event on 14 September to hear what skills you need and how you can develop your expertise to keep up with the changing working life!

At 4T Summit, we are joined by top speakers Perttu Pölönen, Henri “Henkka” Hyppönen and Kirsi Polvinen from Filosofian Akatemia , among others, to discuss the importance of curiosity and the joy of learning in adopting new skills and what is the role of people in the future of work. The YTK Association hosts the event together with digital learning pioneer EduHouse.

“The starting point for change and development is understanding what skills and tools we need. Many of us recognise that the future of working life will require us to learn new skills, but it can be challenging to know what specific expertise is need or how to develop our skills in a concrete way,” says Ilona Kangas, Managing Director of YTK Association.

“We want to help everyone manage their working life skills and ensure that we stay fit for work, both in terms of expertise as well as well-being and health.”

The feeling that it is possible to make a difference in our work and future is a significant part of our overall well-being. The YTK Association helps its members find answers to these questions at the 4T Summit event and in other ways by offering practical tools that help develop professional skills. Member benefits offered by the association include Eduhouse's extensive library of online training courses on career and working life topics.

“Our goal is that our members get to decide what course they take in their professional lives and careers and future.”

Join us to discuss the future of working life and what kinds of skills and emotions it involves.
We’ll see you at 4T Summit on 14.9.2022 from 14.00 to 16.30!
